KICKBOXING ‘Free Fighting striking’

Kickboxing was originally called Professional Karate and developed in the 1970’s across the pond in America. For the pioneers trying to find out who was the best using any striking techniques in the FREE FIGHTING PHASE.

Kickboxing is essentially a mixed striking system combining the best skills and real combat tactics from the following styles.

  • BOXING
  • MUAY THAI
  • KARATE
  • SAVATE
  • TAEKWONDO

Kickboxing uses punches, kicks, knees, elbows, blocks, covers, rolls, bobs, weaves and ducks in a modern flowing system that doesn’t take years to become effective at using.

We teach distinct arts of kickboxing in our syllabus
